the end of the embargo..

..and it really wasn’t that bad at all.

Yep, I made it. Not without a couple of close moments, of course, but I was surprised by how easy it became after a while to work with what I have rather than put off a project because I don’t have x magical ingredient.

Limitations can be surprisingly helpful at times, can’t they?

All the same, I don’t want to do it again in a hurry. I mean, the aul’ natal anniversary is coming up in a few days and there is a woman at Cow’s Lane with some seriously tempting and beautiful handspun wool..

..and let’s not forget Edinburgh in a few days, too. Did someone say ‘wool shop’?
